We loved this beautiful apartment in Pescallo. Mich was very helpful and responsive, gave great advice, and met us to get acclimated when we arrived.
Michele’s place had incredible views of the lake, was close to town (10 min walk) and had access to a public beach. Highly recommend.
Mich was a fantastic host. He met us at the car ferry and carried our heavy roller bags up many, many steps (as taxis are hard to come by). We were exhausted simply following him! We appreciated his help so much! The apartment is right around the corner from the lake. We swam and enjoyed the upper deck in the evening. The town is so beautiful and we enjoyed dinners out and one at Mich’s apartment. We loved it. Hope to be back some day!

Michele's hospitality was second to none. The place is in an ideal location in Bellagio ~ nestled by the water in a quiet spot that's only a stone's throw away (<10 min walk) from the town centre. The rooftop balcony is beyond incredible. Couldn't have asked for a better stay - thanks again :)
Awesome place. Quiet, peaceful spot tucked away about a 5 minute walk from town. Michel was a great host. Met us in town and grabbed our bags and walked us to the place. Had lots of info to pass on about the town and things do and places to eat. Really clean house with everything you need for a stay.
This apartment was amazing!! Be ready for a walk to and from town up and down stairs but the seclusion and view are absolutely worth it. My husband and I stayed here for a portion of our honeymoon and it was awesome. Michele made sure we had everything we needed including Prosecco and lots of recommendations! We will be back!

If you’re looking at this listing and reading this review, BOOK THIS AIRBNB!!We came to Lake Como from Milan and booked a private car transfer. I absolutely recommend this over taking the train/ferry to Bellagio. There really aren’t many cars in Como area, and booking one is quite difficult. The ferry drops you off in Bellagio town center, and it is an uphill (cobblestone lined) walk through town and to the Airbnb. Just don’t do it and book a car instead!!! Michele met us near the Airbnb, where the car dropped us off and carried our extremely heavy bags to the apartment for us!!! The airbnb is on a pedestrian only street and is just a quick walk from the road. The area itself is absolutely charming and adorable, I’ve never stayed in a place more unique and special. Michele had the fridge stocked with water and had snacks and wine for us to enjoy! The apartment was clean and comfortable and had an epic view of the lake from the roof. I loved staying here, and would recommend to anyone staying in Bellagio!!!
The location and apartment itself are both fantastic. The apartment is extremely nice—Michele clearly has great taste. The location is in Pescallo, so a bit away from the foot traffic which is great, but a close enough walk with a few sets of stairs. The terrace of the apartment is also a beautiful view of the lake.However, the center of Bellagio being in a ZTL made it difficult to figure out where to park based on the address on the listing, which did not bring us directly to the location. The wifi at the apartment is also spotty, my husband and I could not both use the wifi at once without it slowing. Neither of these were ultimately a big deal for us—again the space is well designed and kept and located conveniently enough—but felt it dinged the overall value of the apartment.
Beautiful location with a gorgeous view from the roof. Michele was very accommodating with a welcome package and he drove us to the ferry at the end of our stay. The unit is ideal for 2-4 guests and the location is great if you don't mind a 10min walk to town! Separate, private, and quiet and away from the tourist chaos on the main street of Bellagio. Would stay here again!
Great apartment 10 minutes from central Bellagio town. True two bedroom space with beautiful roof with view of rooftops and the lake. Felt very local and we enjoyed being so close to Bellagio but a little outside of the crowd. The space is super clean and well appointed. Highly recommend!
The place is in such a quaint area! The rooftop balcony is incredible and we wish we were able to use it more frequently. It is helpful to know that arriving and leaving by taxi will save you from carrying suitcases up a giant hill and about a 25 minute walk. This is something you have to book in advance!!
What a fabulous and cosy apartment in Pescallo, Bellagio! We had a very nice experience staying at Mich’s place on our vacation and would strongly recommend this Airbnb to anyone that is seeking a peaceful retreat close to the water but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Bellagio.The apartment is 10m away from the lake, close to a great restaurant with amazing views and has a contemporary interior design. Very clean, charming and comfortable overall.Mich was extremely helpful during the check in process, helped carry our bags and was flexible in managing schedules on a particularly busy day in the summer. We didn’t plan ahead to book other experiences such as kayaking in the lake but would recommend this so that you can enjoy the lake from a different vantage point.In summary, stay here when you are in Bellagio. We hope to be back soon!
This house was a charming spot with modern appliances and a fantastic view from the roof deck, nestled in the quiet village of Pescallo just a ten minute walk from the center of Bellagio on Lake Como. A wonderful location, with beautiful views, and right where you want to be to enjoy a trip to Bellagio & Lake Como.I visited here for two nights during a week-long trip to Italy with my family, and it made quite the positive impression on my daughter especially. There's some friendly neighborhood cats nearby that we nicknamed Bread and Butter, and you're just moments away from the water in several directions.This was a great place to come home to after a day on a boat out on the water, enjoying the sun.
This home could not possibly be in a better location. Away from the crowds but easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the ferries. the rooftop terrace provided a nice view of the lightening storms in the evenings. Beds were comfy and thr kitchen well equipped.

The Airbnb is tucked away in a quiet serene area and has a beautiful rooftop view of the lake. The place was equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. You are just a couple step from lake access but is quite a few steps into the main area of town.
Michele’s place is very clean and is in a nice remote location. Be prepared that you will need to walk up a lot of stairs to get to your stay. If you are ok with that, this is a fantastic location and has great views as well as water access to the Lake for swimming and such. Make sure that you specify that you would like to utilize both bedrooms or else if it’s only 2 persons, you will only be allowed to use the master bedroom. The rooftop view is very nice. Make sure you prepare yourself for the lack of taxis in the area. And also prepare for the check in/check out process, as you need to coordinate with Michele and his work schedule.
This was the best place to stay in Bellagio! It was a quick walk to town and in a really cute, quiet area. The Airbnb was lovely and great for a romantic getaway. The rooftop deck has a perfect view of the lake and Michele was the best host! He carried our bags for us and left us goodies for our stay. He was very attentive and I would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Bellagio. Pescallo is a picturesque, quiet town with Michele’s place at the heart of it! Michele was a great host and you’re just steps away from the water! if you have time definitely take a kayak tour with Michele! Everything was perfect! we will be back!

This apartment in Bellagio is AMAZING. Mich is a wonderful host and even carried my 50lb suitcase on his shoulder up and down the stairs from the town center to Pescallo Bay (about 10 mins of stairs). This area is so lovely and has a cute little beach right outside the front door that is perfect for a dip on a hot sunny day. The apartment is new and very clean. Mich even provided us with a complimentary food basket and bottle of wine. We love this place and will be back soon!
Michele is a truly wonderful host and communication was great leading up to and during our stay. His apartment is located in a hamlet of Bellagio and is a great location with easy walking access to the main part of town. One of my best airBnB experiences and I would definitely book again!

Without a doubt, this is the best airbnb I have ever stayed at!! Apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and spotless. The rooftop view is fantastic. Mich is an incredible host! He picked us up from the bus stop and showed us around town, filled the apartment with the most wonderful welcome gift, and took us to the bus stop on our way out. Will definitely stay here when I return to Bellagio!!

Michele’s place is modern and charming, away from the busy streets of Bellagio in a relaxing bay. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. Note that you will be walking up quite a few stairs to and from the apartment, but it is well worth it. Michele was very accommodating and let us leave our bags for a little longer than expected, due to weather and planning. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Lake Como, you will not regret it!

Wow, we have used Airbnb dozens of times, and Michele and his apartment have been the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. He is friendly, knowledgeable, gracious and is the kind of person you want to hang out with. And he made sure his apartment was both immaculate and full of personal touches: welcome baskets and drinks, kayak tours, exceptional food recommendations, and provisions for everything you'd want in an apartment.And of course, the best surprise was meeting Michele's deaf cat, Mica. We loved our time here.
Michele was extremely helpful and friendly. We even ran into him and his friends at dinner and he came over to say hi. (Must try Bilacus one evening). He picked us up at the ferry and helped with bags. It is evident that he cares a lot about making your stay incredible. The location is only 10 minutes from town but very quiet and offers beautiful sunrises over the water and mountains from the deck. I would gladly stay again.

Excellent apartment in Bellagio in a quiet villiage outside the main area of the city. Great location to base our 4 day trip to the middle lake region. Mich was very helpful, helping to move luggage from the ferry to the apartment and giving great recommendations in Bellagio. We loved staying here and would do so again in the future.
Michele’s place is absolutely picturesque. He met us in town center and helped carry our bags while he showed us around Bellagio. He gave lots of great tips for restaurants, wine bars and things to do. The house was very clean, comfortable, and updated with a washing machine that came in useful when trying to pack light. The house is a quick 10 min walk from Bellagio. There are quite a few stairs to get to and from the house, but the quiet stay in Pescallo and basically private waterfront view were wonderful!
Mich was the perfect host. The property is on the other side of Bellagio from the ferry. Mich is clearly aware that getting to & from his property without a car & with luggage is not easy + taxis are not readily available. He stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp, met our ferry and drove us to his apartment, then gave us a lft back to the ferry for departure. It was wonderful to have a cold bottle of Proseco waiting for us + the little hamper of goodies to snack on. The property was super clean and a generous host, what more would you want.

Michele is the BEST air Bnb host we have EVER had! We couldn’t recommend him and his home enough. Location is about a lovely 10 minute walk from Bellagio and in the most peaceful village - definitely the best village we visited on our trip. The steps leading to the house are steep but definitely doable and Michele was kind enough to meet us in Bellagio and carry my suitcase the whole way. He was the most thorough host, and shared great recommendations and made sure we were well looked after. If you have time we also recommend booking onto his kayak tour - he took us out at sunset and it was a beautiful tour with a personal touch. Thanks for the Bellini too Michele! We will be back!
Thank you again for an amazing stay. The complimentary wine, snacks and water were much appreciated. The view from your roof deck is wonderful, we enjoyed it several times with wine and food.We used the kitchen for breakfast each day, there were plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, etc available if you would like to cook. Loved having olive oil and vinegar available, didn’t see any salt and pepper but maybe I missed it?We had read in advance about the picturesque steps to walk into the main town, so were prepared for some star stepping- great for photo ops and a little calorie burning - good for future guests to be aware of.Mich was a gracious host, very responsive and flexible, he even sent us a list of his recommendations of what to do, eat and shop in town. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! At first, we were unsure given how few reviews of the place there are online- but that’s only because he just finished remodeling his place, everything is brand new and gorgeous! Michel is an incredible and friendly host. The neighborhood is amazing, much quieter than the city center of Bellagio and is only a 5 minute walk away. Michel provided an amazing starter package of food and wines and even offered to pick us up and drop off at the ferry. The house was perfectly cleaned, and we also highly recommend doing a kayak tour with Michel! Best way to see the lake!
