2026 Season Daily price for a MAXIMUM of 3 guests for 1 night is:

• 172 € – from March 1st to March 31st
• 176 € – from April 1st to April 30th
• 208 € – from May 1st to May 31st
• 221 € – from June 1st to June 30th
• 235 € – from July 1st to July 31st
• 208 € – from August 1st to August 31st
• 221 € – from September 1st to September 30th
• 176 € – from October 1st to October 15th
• 154 € – from December 1st to December 30th

Final cleanings fee is: 50 €

Tourist Tax is: 3 € for each guest for 1 night (maxium calculated nights: 7)

House Rules:

Check-in time must be made between: 2.00  PM – 7.30 PM

Check-out must be made between: 8 AM – 10 AM

Cancellation Policy:

Till 7 days before your check-in date: You may cancel with full refund

Within 7 days from check-in date: you’ll get 50% refund plus final cleanings refund.
